Can we return/exchange our products?
All items Except Bundles bought from ZING.PK® can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase using the following methods:*
Option 1: Request our support team for our exchange form & fill it out. Include the form in your return package and ship it using your preferred courier service. Upon receiving your package at our warehouse, we will process your exchange request. A 250 PKR delivery fee for exchanged products will be collected as cash on delivery (COD).
Option 2: For a more convenient exchange process, simply fill in the Google Form. Upon receiving your details, we will swiftly prepare your replacement package and have it shipped directly to your location. Customers are required to ship the returned item to us through any courier company of their choice and cover the shipping charges.
It is important to ensure that the rider collects the replacement package from your end before delivering the new items. Please securely pack the products in a shopper bag and hand them over to the rider for a seamless process.

Return Policy:
All products purchased from ZING.PK® are eligible for exchanges within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
The item(s) do not match the original product specifications or differ from the purchased product.
If you wish to raise a dispute, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by reaching out to us at help@zing.pk or via Instagram (@zing.pk).
