At ZING, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Your satisfaction matters to us, which is why we offer a simple, transparent, and customer-friendly refund policy.

15-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 15-day refund policy on eligible products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to process any return or refund requests.

What Products Are Eligible?

Refunds are applicable on:

  • 50ml perfume bottles

  • 100ml perfume bottles

When Can You Request a Refund?

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • The bottle is broken upon delivery

  • The parcel is received damaged

  • The sprayer / atomizer is broken or not working properly

  • You didn’t like the scent

We understand that choosing a fragrance online can be tricky, so we even accept returns if the scent doesn’t meet your expectations.

No Hidden Charges

  • No delivery charges are deducted from your refund

  • No penalties for perfume usage 

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Cases)

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Tester boxes are not eligible for refunds.

  • If the bottle is broken or damaged by the customer

  • If the parcel box is damaged after delivery due to mishandling

    How to Initiate a Refund

    To start your refund process, please contact info@zing.pk and share your order details along with the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

    You will also be required to send the product back to the following address:

    83-F, Johar Town, Lahore 

    Note: Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

    Refund Processing Time

    Once your refund request is approved, it may take up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
