At Zing Pakistan, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently. We understand that timely delivery is an important part of your shopping experience, which is why every order is carefully processed and shipped through our trusted courier partners. Our goal is to ensure that your products reach you in excellent condition, no matter where you are in Pakistan.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment throughout the delivery process.

We currently offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, with express same-day delivery available in Lahore on eligible orders when the express shipping option is selected at checkout. Delivery times for other cities typically range between 2–5 business days, although deliveries to remote locations may require additional time depending on courier availability and local conditions.

During seasonal sales, promotional campaigns, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. While we make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery schedules are subject to courier operations and factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including their full name, complete delivery address, and active contact number. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts. If you need to update your shipping information or modify your order, please contact our customer support team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the processing stage, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Although Zing Pakistan partners with reliable courier services, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your package. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide your order number along with clear photographs of the package and the affected item(s). Our team will review your request and assist you in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
