Order Processing & Delivery
Zing Pakistan processes orders within 1–2 business days, providing a tracking link via email or SMS once dispatched. They offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, including same-day express delivery in Lahore. Delivery to other cities typically takes 2–5 business days, though remote areas or high-volume sales periods may require additional time.
Customer Responsibility & Changes
Customers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays. Any updates or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order, as changes cannot be made once processing begins. Please note that Zing Pakistan is not liable for shipping delays caused by uncontrollable factors like bad weather, holidays, or transit disruptions.
